Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare in Bedford, New Hampshire. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with medication management
• Encourage independence and promote safety and well-being
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to the care team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field is an asset
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and maneuver clients safely and effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
