Job Summary:

At SYNERGY HomeCare in Bedford, NH, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Caregiver to join our team. As a Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes. We believe that our purpose is to provide the best care possible, while also helping our clients feel, see, and experience more in their lives.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
Encourage independence and promote a sense of well-being and dignity for clients
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, family members, and other caregivers
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other caregivers to ensure seamless care
Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations, as outlined by SYNERGY HomeCare
