Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and help with feeding when needed

Report changes in clients’ conditions or care needs to the appropriate team members

Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Patient, compassionate, and dependable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
Reliable and able to meet scheduled commitments
