Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Southwestern Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in West Mifflin, PA. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nurses and CNAs, providing direct nursing care to residents, and managing emergency situations. Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nurses and CNAs in accordance with current federal, state, and regulatory requirements.

  • Providing direct nursing care to residents when needed.

  • Managing emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner.

  • Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records.

  • Completing medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN License in the state of Pennsylvania.

  • Point Click Care (PCC) experience is desirable, but not required.

  • Empathy while providing exceptional nursing care.

  • Problem-solving & customer service skills.

  • Time Management skills to ensure all residents are provided the best level of care.
