3pm-11pm, 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

Responsibilities (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse:

The (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for overseeing day to day patient care
Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition.
Changing dressings or inserting catheters.
Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation.
Assisting with tests or procedures.
Providing personal care, such as helping with bathing and toileting.
Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor or as directed to ensure quality patient care
Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid LPN certification in New Jersey
Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
