Our William Street office covers Wellton, Tacna, Roll, Dateland, and the farms and ranches in between. We provide in-home, non-medical care to seniors and veterans in east Yuma County, and we would rather hire someone who already lives out here than send a caregiver 40 miles each way.

The work

Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.

Cooking, dishes, laundry, and keeping the house safe and clean.

Companionship. Out here a visit from you may be the only one that day.

Medication reminders for medications the client manages on their own.

Driving clients to appointments in Wellton or Yuma when the care plan includes it.

Watching for changes in health or mood and reporting them to your supervisor.

Visit notes in our mobile app, clock in and out by phone. Cell coverage is fine for it.

Is this you?

At least 1 year of caregiving experience, paid or caring for your own family.

A valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle. Distances matter in this territory.

Able to pass a background check and complete onboarding and training.

Someone who shows up. Our Wellton clients count on the same face every visit.
