Caregivers for the Foothills, by the Foothills

Our Payson Drive office staffs in-home, non-medical care for seniors in Fortuna Foothills, east Yuma, Ligurta, and the neighborhoods along the 8. Most of our Foothills clients are retirees who want to stay in their own homes, and many are veterans we serve through the VA. If you live out here, you can work out here, with short drives between visits.

What you will do

Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity.

Fix meals, keep the kitchen clean, and do light housekeeping and laundry.

Drive clients to appointments, the pharmacy, and errands when the care plan calls for it.

Remind clients to take their own medications on schedule.

Keep clients company. Conversation, walks, cards, church, whatever matters to them.

Notice changes in a client's condition and report them to your supervisor the same day.

Document each visit in our mobile app and clock in and out by phone.

What we look for

At least 1 year of caregiving experience, paid or caring for your own family.

Patience, reliability, and the kind of person a client's family trusts with a key.

Able to pass a background check and complete onboarding and training.

Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle preferred for this territory.

Winter visitors arrive in October and our Foothills hours grow with them, so caregivers who want more hours between October and April do well here.
