Responsibilities

As a PCA/Caregiver, you will:

Provide compassionate, non-medical care and support to clients in their homes
Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement
Assist clients with personal care needs
Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Provide medication reminders as directed
Build professional and respectful relationships with clients and their families
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members
Provide reliable care by arriving on time and consistently attending scheduled shifts
Respect each client’s home, preferences, routines, belongings, and pets

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes

Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and perform other physical tasks required for caregiving
