Home Health Caregiver (Weekend Shift)

As a Home Health Caregiver on our weekend shift, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and professional care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Home Health Caregiver, you will work closely with our clients to provide a range of services, including:

  • Companion care, such as conversation, reading, and light housekeeping

  • Meal preparation and assistance with daily living activities

  • Personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming (as needed)

You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in their homes

  • Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers

  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team

  • Meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Work Schedule:

  • Weekend shift (days and hours may vary)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion experience preferred)

  • Ability to pass background check and obtain any necessary certifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
