Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and everyday activities
Provide support with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
Build meaningful connections through companionship
Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Notify the care team of changes in a client's condition or needs

Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Caring, patient, and dependable attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client's home
Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
Complete vaccination records preferred
