Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

Assist with feeding, toileting, and mobility exercises
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment, as needed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
