Responsibilities of the RN Unit Manager - Nursing Home:

  • Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.

  • Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.

  • Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient conditions.

  • Solving staffing issues and shortages

  • Deliver hands-on care and medication administration as needed

  • Communicate procedural issues with the director of nursing and work to correct them

  • Maintain accurate accounting records
