About the Role:

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in our nursing team, providing top-notch care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary caregiver, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing vital support for our residents
• Maintaining patient stability, monitoring weight and vital signs, and inputting and outputting data
• Communicating any changes in a resident's status to the nursing team
• Performing other job-related duties as needed

Key Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of Alabama
• Ability to provide patient care with patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
• Ability to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality
