NP Full-time
Esthetic Finesse

Nurse Practitioner

$95,000 - $110,000 / year

Aesthetic Injector

Esthetic Finesse is a ten-year, 600-plus five-star-review aesthetics practice in Paradise Valley, moving into a new flagship in Scottsdale in February 2027. We treat with one method, the Finesse Harmony Method, built by our founder and lead injector, and we are adding a nurse practitioner who wants to master it alongside her.

What you will do: train one-on-one with our lead injector starting January 2027, then treat your own patients at the Scottsdale flagship from opening day. Neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, with laser and regenerative treatments launching alongside you. Consistent, natural results, on a method, with a team that follows one standard.

What we are looking for: an active Arizona NP license in good standing; two or more years injecting as the treating provider; current BLS; experience in a high-end aesthetic or med spa setting; the kind of warmth our patients notice.

What we offer: $95,000 to $110,000 base plus a monthly production bonus, full training in the Method, a brand-new facility, and a growing practice where your name builds with ours.

How to apply: two minutes, four questions, your resume. We read every application within one business day. If it is a fit, our owner calls you for fifteen minutes. The rest, the in-office visit and a clinical day with our lead injector, we schedule around your current job.

  • An active Arizona NP license in good standing
  • Two or more years injecting as the treating provider
  • Current BLS
  • Experience in a high-end aesthetic or med spa setting
  • The kind of warmth our patients notice

$95,000 to $110,000 base plus a monthly production bonus, full training in the Method, a brand-new facility, and a growing practice where your name builds with ours.
