About the Role:

As a Day Shift Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing non-medical home care services to our clients in the Frederick area. Your tasks will include:

Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Preparing meals and providing nutrition assistance
Managing medication schedules and administering medications as needed
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Providing companionship and social interaction
Maintaining a safe and clean living environment

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to clients, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (all levels of experience welcome to apply)
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
