Pay: Starting at $22/hour (Based on experience)

PLUS, Shift Premiums including $3.50 for Evening Shifts & $2.50 for Night Shifts & additional $1 Shift Differential for Weekends!

As a Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Rehab/Transitional Care, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents as they recover from an illness, injury, or hospitalization. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care while assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals. You will play an important role in supporting residents throughout their recovery by encouraging independence, assisting with mobility and therapeutic activities as directed, and monitoring and reporting changes in condition. Working closely with our nursing and rehabilitation teams, you will help residents regain strength, confidence, and independence while supporting a safe and successful transition back home.

Requirements as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Rehab/Transitional Care:

A current and valid Nursing Assistant Certification in the State of PA.
