About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our weekend shift, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting our interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and vital signs

  • Observing and reporting patient conditions to nursing staff and physicians

  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
