Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for an opportunity to make a difference in skilled nursing and long-term care? Pine Grove Manor is seeking a dependable, compassionate LPN to help lead nursing staff and provide quality care to our residents.

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will help supervise nursing personnel, coordinate resident care, and ensure nursing services meet professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and state and federal regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and support nursing personnel to promote quality resident care.

  • Coordinate daily nursing care and ensure residents' needs are addressed.

  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate updates to the appropriate departments.

  • Assist with new admissions, discharges, room changes, and leaves of absence.

  • Educate residents and families about care needs and nursing services.

  • Follow infection prevention and control procedures to maintain a safe environment.

  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Assessment (QAA) activities and continuous quality improvement.

  • Help identify and monitor residents for appropriate care programs.

  • Respond to emergencies and appropriately use emergency equipment.

  • Ensure nursing care is provided in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri.

  • Previous nursing experience preferred.

  • One year of nursing leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
