Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information

Skills & Qualifications

Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping
Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team
Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs
