Job Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities
  • Reviewing various care options with the medical team, residents, and their family members
  • Coordinating with clinical teams to develop individualized care plans
  • Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans

We serve adult patients 18 years of age and older that need mental health and chemical dependency services. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care for assigned patients on the In-patient units.
