Job Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities
  • Reviewing various care options with the medical team, residents, and their family members
  • Coordinating with clinical teams to develop individualized care plans

Job Description Provides leadership, coordination, and operational oversight for nursing and clinical support services within a pediatric ambulatory primary or specialty care site. The Ambulatory Nurse Manager is accountable for safe, efficient, family-centered care delivery; daily clinical operations; and the effective use of human, material, and financial resources to support quality outcomes, access, and an exceptional patient and family experience.
