Job Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities
  • Reviewing various care options with the medical team, residents, and their family members
  • Coordinating with clinical teams to develop individualized care plans
  • Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans
  • Administering appropriate medications and treatments to residents

Demonstrates the ability to correctly identify periprocedural safety issues, and report to physician accordingly. Demonstrates clinical expertise in creating and maintaining a sterile field. Plans and provides equipment and supplies based on procedure and physician needs. Participates in on-call assignments and demonstrates flexibility to cover staffing as needed.
