Position Summary Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes. You’ll help clients remain independent and safe while delivering the kindness and respect they deserve. Key Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Provide companionship and meaningful conversation. Prepare simple meals and perform light housekeeping related to client care. Offer medication reminders as outlined in the care plan. Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the office promptly. Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow all company and state guidelines. Qualifications Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required—paid training provided. Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screening. Reliable transportation to and from client homes. Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills and respect for client privacy and dignity. Schedule & Compensation Flexible shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and overnights available. Part-time and full-time opportunities.
