Job Description We are seeking a Concierge Caregiver to provide dedicated, one-on-one care to individual residents at The Oscar at Georgetown during scheduled service blocks, fostering meaningful relationships and delivering personalized support tailored to each resident's unique needs. After each care session, the concierge caregiver will transition to their next resident appointment while maintaining the same high standard of compassionate, resident-centered care. Essential Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Provide companionship and emotional support while fostering meaningful relationships with residents. Respond promptly to resident requests and anticipate individual needs. Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to resident care. Escort residents to meals, activities, appointments, and community events as needed.
