Job Summary We’re looking for experienced, compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality in-home and community-based care. In this role, you’ll support clients of all ages with daily living activities, health needs, and emotional well-being—helping them maintain independence and dignity. What You’ll Do Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide medication reminders and support health routines Deliver specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory-related conditions Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment Safely assist with transfers and mobility , including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts Monitor and document client condition, behavior, and progress Maintain strict confidentiality What You Bring Experience in caregiving (home care, assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or long-term care preferred) Background supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or specialized care needs Knowledge of dementia and memory care best practices Ability to safely assist with lifting and transfers Strong communication and interpersonal skills A reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach Why Join Us?
