Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement. Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change. Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia. Qualifications: An active CNA License in good standing. High School Diploma or GED. Willing to take additional training or education, which specific states may require. He lives at home with his wife who has MS. He is looking for a Caregiver who is a good communicator, and who has a vehicle to drive him to PT appointments and assist at home with ADLs and light housekeeping. Preferred schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9am to 1pm to start. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout Prince William County and surrounding areas.
