Follow the hospice care plan and report any changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition. Maintain strict confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA guidelines and company policies. Document daily care activities and communicate with other caregivers to ensure continuity of care. Respect the client’s dignity, cultural beliefs, and end-of-life wishes at all times. Skills/Qualifications Strong compassion and empathy in supporting clients and families during sensitive times. Ability to provide gentle personal care while maintaining dignity and respect.
