The desired schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm or 4, 10-hour days from 7:30am-6:00pm. Job Summary Summary This role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. In this position, you will oversee and coordinate the daily schedules of the Medical Assistants, support the implementation of new workflows and processes, and ensure effective verbal and written communication across the team. Other primary responsibilities include reviewing charge reconciliation, assisting with vaccine coordination, and collaborating closely with the training team to support staff development. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment. The MA Lead will also be expected to room patients as needed, while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
