Specific Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Prefer prior experience with medication assistance. The technician documents medication administration and patient observations accurately while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality standards. They assist in training new staff, attend team meetings, and support overall clinical operations. Additional duties include equipment handling, supply management, and floating to various patient care areas as needed.
