We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide quality daily care and support in a skilled nursing facility setting. Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. All shifts available. Responsibilities : Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Take vital signs and report any changes in resident condition Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Respond promptly to resident needs and support their overall well-being Follow facility policies, infection control, and safety procedures Compensation Weekday pay starts at $22.00 with full benefits or up to $25.00 for no-frills options Weekend pay starts at $25.00 Additional shift differentials available Benefits: Comprehensive medical and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Generous paid time off (PTO) package Qualifications : Active New Jersey CNA license Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current CPR/BLS certification SNF experience preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills About Us: The Gardens at Monroe is committed to creating an environment that supports health and well-being.
