May be needed to work beyond the regular tour of duty or in another patient care unit as assigned by the department head or nursing supervisor. Knowledge of adherence to monitoring of and compliance of all regulatory and licensing agency guidelines including but not limited to TJC, OSHA, ACHA, CMS, etc. CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs duties and conducts interpersonal relationships in a manner designed to project a positive image of the department and the hospital. Works with supervisor/manager and other members of section or department to promote a harmonious work environment. How you make a difference The Certified Nursing Assistant performs basic and specialized nursing care functions under the supervision of licensed nurses.
