This is a less than full-time position offer a flexible weekday schedule as it will involve providing visits during the weekday hours as needed. The position provides assistance to residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s) with their activities of daily living, implementation of resident plans of care, documentation of nursing services and enabling residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.
