Assess students’ performance through quizzes, exams, practical demonstrations, and assignments. Offer constructive feedback and support to help students improve and succeed. Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, grades, and progress. Ensure that all training equipment and supplies are properly maintained and available for use. Stay updated on the latest developments in nursing education and healthcare practices. Assist in the development and revision of the CNA program curriculum as needed. Comply with all state and federal regulations and guidelines related to CNA training and certification. Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a CNA or in a related nursing role. Train the Trainer Course Completion Prior teaching or training experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate students.
