Shifts: 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am Duties & Responsibilities: · Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. · Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. · Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. · Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. · Other duties as needed. Requirements: Valid CNA certification required Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required Previous experience working with people is desired. Responsibilities Assists the nursing staff in performing selected nursing procedures, treatments, and functional tasks to specific patients including vital signs: Temperature, Pulse, Respirations, Blood Pressure and Pain Rating. Performs procedures associated with activities of daily living, ambulation, mobility, and personal hygiene of the patient.
