Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans. Promote a positive and supportive environment, ensuring patient comfort and dignity. Requirements: Certified Nurse Assistant certification in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
