Selecting, applying, or inserting appropriate non-invasive and invasive monitoring modalities for collecting and interpreting patient physiological data. Managing a patient’s airway and pulmonary status using endotracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation, pharmacological support, respiratory therapy or extubation.
