Participating in compliance and quality improvement committees, audits and processes. Completing nursing staff evaluations, coaching, education, and supervision. Ensures continued delivery of high quality nursing care by monitoring direct care and conducting audits. Assume on-call duties with other Nursing Leadership Staff. Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
