QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Provide services which will consist of but are not limited to personal care of the patient, such as assisting patient: With care of mouth, skin, hair and bath or shower. To the bathroom or in using bedpan. In and out of bed and with ambulation. Assist with prescribed exercises.
