Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent. · Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred. · Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the changing needs of clients. · Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if transportation is required for the role). · Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Working Conditions: This position may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules.
