This role requires a proactive and professional individual who can represent our facility with integrity both on and off-site. Key Responsibilities: Escort residents to and from clinic and dialysis appointments. Arrive at work 1 hour prior to scheduled clinic appointments. Be in full nursing uniform with ID badge visible at all times. Assist residents with preparing for appointments. Provide residents with their out-on-pass snacks. Monitor residents to prevent falls or altercations; intervene immediately to prevent incidents. Report all incidents or accidents to the Clinical Coordinator or ADNS immediately.
