Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN

The LVN is responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The RN is responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration required.
