Responsibilities: -Lead nursing practice across outpatient clinic setting, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and scope of practice. -Ensure safe, effective, and coordinated care in the ambulatory setting including triage, patient education, and promote continuity of care with the interdisciplinary team. -Monitor and improve clinical quality metrics, patient outcomes.
