Embark Care is seeking a highly reliable, flexible, and dedicated On-Call Caregiver to support urgent and last-minute staffing needs. This position is essential to our agency’s operations, and we are looking for someone who truly understands the importance of being dependable and ready to step in at any moment. Embark Care will provide a company vehicle and gas card to complete all on-call assignments. Pay & Incentives $420/week guaranteed (minimum 30 hours paid even if not dispatched) $14/hr for hourly shifts $10/hr for live-in shifts Additional hours over 30 paid at hourly rate If you do not respond to an on-call assignment or choose to refuse a shift, your on-call status will be reevaluated, and you will forfeit the weekly incentive guarantee.
