Position Summary: Performs administrative leadership and management of the hospital during off hours, weekends, and holidays. Oversees patient care and staffing of all departments during assigned shifts. Ensures that the objectives and policies of the hospital are followed in accordance with departmental standards. Interacts with administrative personnel from other hospitals and regulatory agencies. Required to work flexible hours as needed by Chief Nursing Officer. Position Qualification: Graduate from an approved nursing educational program as defined by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) Positive affect demonstrated leadership and time management skills, excellent physical assessment and critical- thinking skills. Five years progressive nursing experience in acute healthcare facility. Experience as critical care/Emergency Room nurse preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language Visual and hearing senses must be adequate to assess/detect changes in human physiological condition Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, stressful environment Required Licenses/Certifications: Current Florida RN License Holds current BLS card from the American Heart Association Holds current ACLS card from the American Heart Association within 6 months of employment Must clear background and drug test required. Position Summary: Assists patients with activities of daily living. Provides basic nursing care to patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit. Position Qualification: High School graduate or one year experience as a Nursing Assistant. Minimum of six months to one year of related work experience, preferred. Successful completion of C.N.A course/certification Requires a through knowledge of basic nursing functions to meet patient needs for ADL's must be able to work rapidly under stressful situations with many interruptions. Point-of-care glucometer experience preferred: training provided upon hire Required Licenses/Certifications: Current BLS certification-American Heart Association CNA certification- State of Florida Must clear background and drug test required. 
Position Summary: Delivers advanced professional and technical nursing care to patients of all ages presenting to the Emergency Room with real or potential emergency care needs, in support of and in collaboration with care directed by the medical staff. Nursing care delivered complies with objectives and policies of the hospital. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation when delivering nursing care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team member to provide age/ developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Performs nursing techniques for the comforts and well-being of the patient. Prepares equipment and assists physician during treatments and examinations of patients. Assists in planning, supervising, and instructing Licensed Practical Nurses, and E.D. Techs, thereby providing care to a number of patients. Position Qualification: • Graduate from an approved nursing educational program as defined by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) • One (1) year Acute Care Experience required • Good organizational skills preferred • Basic computer skills required Required Licenses/Certifications: • Current Florida Registered Nurse Licensure required • BLS and ACLS from the American Red Cross required • PALS within 30 days of employment • CPI within 90 days of employment Communication Skills: • Ability in effectively communicating in writing and orally with all levels of the organization.
