Relevant certifications or training are strongly preferred. Minimum of 1 year in a caregiving facility or home care role. Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency required. Reliable, compassionate, and patient, with a strong work ethic. Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving over 50 pounds and assisting with mobility. Valid driver’s license and reliable PERSONAL transportation--no Ubers/Share Rides/Bus System. Must pass a background check and any other relevant screenings.
