Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis. Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing-related needs. All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing. QUALIFICATIONS OF A DELEGATING RN : Must have an active Certification as an RN Minimum two years of experience is required
