Surgical Technologist | Full Time | 72 Hours Bi‑Weekly Rotation of Shifts Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Surgical Technologist functions as an integral member of the surgical team, providing safe, efficient, and high‑quality intra‑operative care. This role supports surgeons and perioperative staff by preparing the operating room, ensuring proper instrumentation and supplies, and maintaining sterile technique throughout all phases of the procedure. The technologist demonstrates competency in age‑specific care and adheres to established clinical standards, safety protocols, and Meritus Health values.
