Works closely with Office Manager to develop, review, and revise policies and procedures for the department to assure compliance with Safety, CLIA, OSHA, Infection Control and other regulatory/accrediting agencies, and any applicable state laws. Demonstrates competence in performing critical skills, including appropriate delivery of care according to the age-specific needs of the entire life span. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Adheres to Studer principles and maintains strictest confidentiality. Collaborate with the patient, physician and other care team members as part of a team based approach to overall patient care. Qualifications Minimum Education: None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority. Minimum Experience: Minimum two (2) years of nursing leadership experience. Licensure Requirement: TN Registered Nurse License
