FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: Monday - Friday Trueblood Medical Services team provides community-based medical support to Trueblood Class Members who are enrolled in Pierce County Trueblood Element Programs including FHARPS, FPATH and OCRP with low-barrier, jail and/or community-based, and timely access to medical care, medication maintenance, and prescribing services. This position is a necessary, ancillary, safety-net to address the gaps in the Medicaid-based behavioral health system while the Trueblood Element Programs work towards establishing long-term behavioral health care for the Program’s Participants. Conducts urgent physical and psychosocial assessments of the patient and family during and after hours and determines appropriate interventions. Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient. Provides professional nursing care by utilizing all elements of the nursing process. Department Description Our premier OR delivers exceptional surgical care across a broad spectrum of specialties, including orthopedics, spine, neurosurgery, burns, otolaryngology (ENT), oral-maxillofacial surgery, hand surgery, ophthalmology, plastics and reconstructive surgery, gynecology, vascular surgery, and general surgery.
