Support clients to achieve their desired goals Provide companionship and conversation Provide support with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding Plan and prepare meals for or with the client Ensure clients have taken scheduled medications. Provide transportation to and from appointments Support clients to access and enjoy resources in the community QUALIFICATIONS Ability to read, write, and speak English CNA or HCA license desired.
